Scope of Services
Creative Source Graphics LLC provides professional creative services including branding, graphic design, label design, regulatory consulting, copy writing, compliance guidance, and production-ready artwork preparation. All services are professional services and not physical goods.
Payment Terms
All invoices are due in full prior to commencement of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Submission of payment constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of professional creative services, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. No refunds will be issued once time, labor, consulting, drafts, concepts, working files, or deliverables that are partial or complete, have been created or provided.
Client Cancellation & Forfeiture
If the client cancels, abandons, or terminates the project after work has begun, the client forfeits any right to a refund. All deliverables remain the sole property of Creative Source Graphics LLC, and no license or permission is granted for their use.
Label Design Prerequisites
Label creative concepts cannot be started or finalized until manufacturer-approved documentation has been provided, including finalized label dimensions or dielines, approved Supplement Facts Panels, and required manufacturer statements. Creative Source Graphics LLC is not responsible for delays caused by missing or incomplete materials.
Timelines & Deadlines
All timelines discussed are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates. Client-provided deadlines are not binding unless agreed to in writing. Timelines depend on manufacturer approvals, compliance reviews, client response times, revisions, holidays, weekends, and production lead times.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Clients agree to contact Creative Source Graphics LLC to resolve concerns prior to initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks filed in violation of this policy constitute a breach of contract. Creative Source Graphics LLC reserves the right to dispute chargebacks and recover associated fees and costs.
Intellectual Property
All concepts, drafts, working files, and deliverables remain the intellectual property of Creative Source Graphics LLC until full payment is received and the project is completed. Usage rights are granted only upon completion and full payment.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Creative Source Graphics LLC is registered.
Acceptance of Terms
By submitting payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Conditions outlined in this document.
